Full strip-down wash
For units with a musty smell, black slime on the blower wheel, or more than a year without cleaning. Parts come off and are washed separately — far deeper than a standard clean. It takes longer and needs space to lay parts out.

How we do it

Measure first; photograph mounts and wiring before removal

Remove covers, drain tray, swing motor and blower wheel
- 3
Wash parts separately with cleaner and soft brushes
- 4
Wash the indoor coil in place and the outdoor coil
- 5
Reassemble, test and re-measure
