01Where do I find the BTU?
On the sticker on the side of the indoor or outdoor unit (Cooling capacity), or in the model number — '12' often means 12,000 BTU. Send us a photo if unsure.
02Will the price change on the day?
Table prices don't change unless the type or BTU was different, or height equipment is needed — and you're always told before we start.
03Do you work for shops and offices?
Yes — out of hours if needed, with tax invoices and withholding tax. See the business care plan.
04How do I pay?
Transfer to the company account or PromptPay after the job; installations need a 30% deposit, to the company account only.
